Convenient street parking made our arrival hassle-free.
The bathroom lights didn't work, making it inconvenient.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the local museum and had fun at a nearby park. The hotel was cozy, and the staff were super friendly. Parking was easy, which was a bonus, and we enjoyed our meals.
The room was quite noisy. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

we really enjoyed our stay at malmaison. the location was great, very close to main attractions. breakfast had a wonderful selection, and the staff were generous with drinks vouchers too. the room was well-equipped with a coffee machine, which was a nice touch. really liked the spa town vibes!

Comfy room, but service needs work
We stayed for 2 nights in a Club Deluxe Room. The room was spacious and super comfy, but we had a frustrating experience in the restaurant. We waited ages for drinks, and the breakfast delivery was cold. The selection was nice, though. Staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't really help us enjoy our time.

Just an excellent fit for a weekend respite in Cheltenham with real value for money. The comfortable bed and good shower made for a great night’s sleep. Go for the continental breakfast to avoid leathery eggs.

The room was wonderfull with a very large bed and plush interior, I mean it really felt comfortable. Also had a standalong bath in the room which was a nice touch, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for the experience we had.

Disappointing spa experience
Location was great, and breakfast had a good selection. But the room had its issues, broken taps, rusty shower, and a cracked sink that soaked the floor. My husband was bummed there was no gym onsite, just a nearby hotel. Staff could've been friendlier, especially at breakfast where we felt rushed. Dining options were decent, though.
